It looks like you have cervical pain and for which you can keep ice in the scapular region and also in the trapezius region try to reduce the tenderness by doing such fermentation and further to that you can treat the pain by doing some fermentation ie. Ift - interferential therapy or shortwave diathermy which will help you to get out of the pain.
