*Chiravilwadi kashayam 2tsp with 2tsp water twice daily before food *changeri grtha 1tsp in the night at bed time with lukewarm water /hot milk *tab pilex 2 tabs twice daily after food *pilex ointment apply twice. Diet. Buttermilk, bottle gourd, milk, radish. N all fruits n veggies should b consumed. Avoid spicy junk food.

Hi, piles n fistula (pain, bleeding through anus, soiling of clothes purulent discharge swelling beside anus) is result of long standing stomach n gastric discomfort not well attended so thanks to your health status that availed time for u to share like starting. Have lots of warm buttermilk with ajwayan/currry leaves/rock salt/haldi/jire/cumin seeds. For local application use coco oil/lubrication cream/pilex ointment by himalaya.
