Hi i'm 23 years old and i've been facing hair loss issues since almost my 9 class. Recently a doc suggested kera xl serum and i've been using it for almost 16 days but my hair loss has increased than before. I don't know what to do. Is it how the hair serums work at first by increasing the hair fall more? Or should I stop using kera xl serum?
