Hello. Going by your description, you may be suffering from anxiety disorder. Ciplar 20 (containing propranolol) will help to control some manifestations of anxiety like trembling hands & increased heart rate. But it won't help treat the root cause, that is neurotransmitter dysfunction at the level of brain. So I shall advice you to get evaluated by a psychiatrist & seek definitive treatment regards.

Dear Mona, Heart rate and bp will increase when you are anxious. They are normal response through autonomic nervous system to protect us from the source of fear. Ciplar reduces the heart rate and lowers bp. It helps in reducing the anxiety feelings. You can talk to your doctor about restarting ciplar or plan to go for Jacobson's deep muscle relaxation or therapy or yoga and pranayama by non medical professionals.

80-90 is fine. If heart rate is your only concern, wait for some time for it to normalise and avoid checking frequently, which by itself will increase it. If psychologically you feel anxious, then you might need a course of ssris or snris. Good luck.

Stress patients worry too much. Stress in today?s day & age where stress is high, feelings of frustration can emerge. It is our perception that can change our current negative situation into a healthy & positive one. Another way of perceiving these feelings of frustration can be by looking at them as an opportunity to push ourselves to go that little extra mile until we achieve our objective. However, there are times when we all can go around in circles; and being in this space can be quite upsetting and lead to feelings of dissatisfaction, frustration and can even cloud our mind and judgment. Exercise one hr daily, oil massage body, hobby, support from friends family, help others, weekly holiday, yoga, meditation no problem you continue medicine.
