There are various causes of dullness of face, texture, uneven skin tone, wrinkles and signs of aging. For dullness, we may need to rule out systemic cause. Also I will advise you to drink plenty of water, avoid junk food and take seasonal fruits and vegetables. Freckles are hyperpigmented macules that occur on face.
