Hello Doctor I am 44 years old male and in the past couple of days experiencing some weakness especially on my left chest side of the upper to mid body and when sleeping get kind of heart racing or throbbing loudly due to which I feel little breathless (but not very sure about it) and have to change position frequently and then I feel better. I also frequently get kind of pins and needles on my whole body especially in the head and face area, also I feel dizzy but not sure if it is related to this issue as I get this giddiness since I was a child, and my hands sometimes tremble maybe once in a 1 or 2 months. I am not sure if it is only stress related or symptoms of stroke as my cholesterol readings are as follows total cholesterol is 192 Hdl level is 38 Ldl is 128.8 Non hdl is 154.0 Triglycerides is 126 VLDL 25.2 LDL/HDL ratio 3.39 CHOL/HDL ratio 5.05 I have no diabetes, and no BP problems. Could you pls advice if I need to seek medical help or not as presently under some stress due to domestic issues. Waiting for your reply in this matter Thank you
