Siri am from bangladesh. My father is 57 now. He has bones ache. He is taking vitamin d3. Will he take vitamin and minerals with vitamin d3? Is this effective for his doses?

Hello. Yes he can take vit d3 with combo of minerals and other nutrients. Ask him to take some sunlight for 20 mins daily if possible. It will helps a lot. If pain occurs more. Then tak med nucoxia 90 mg od for 7 days and some gel like volini topically. Do give some healthy diet source like almonds or wallnuts kind of nuts and pulses with rich source of proteins.
