I am having a septoplasty in a couple months time due to the fact I am struggling to breath in my right nostril, and my septum is deviated. However, recently I have noticed that my left nostril temporarily blocks but it is occurring quite frequently. With this, I have also noticed an ear ache. Due to already struggling with my breathing in my nose, it is making it extremely uncomfortable. When my gp initially checked my nose before referring me for surgery, she checked my nose for polyps but said I did not have any, I was unsure if this is what is occurring now.
