I am man of 72 years and diabetic since 1998. I have back pain and the flow of my urine was slow. Therefore following test were conducted. My blood report is urea- 30.8,creatinine- 1.11 and psa total -3.96.the sonography impression are mild hepatomegaly, marginal enlarge prostate with parenchymal changes, cystitis.pre void 275 ml and pvru 28 ml. Prostate volume is 28 cc.
