Medical treatment is good to control pains immediately but is limited to that. Aam i. E. Mucous in intestines caused by diminished digestive action causes the onset of ra and treatment is not so easy. Deepan, paachan and shodhan chikitsa is the basic treatment and all the medicine and combos are based on these. Panchakarma esp basti is an important method to start treatment at some good ayurveda hospital. For the time being pl get 3 es from my side: easy, economic, effective treatment. Take chvya, chitrak, sonth, peepal, peeplamool herbs. Coarse grind it. Boil 10 gms in a glass of water. When 1/4 remains, filter and drink it twice a day. Do for a month. Singhnad guggul 2 tab bd with this decoction or milk. Take tarunikusumakar chooran 1 tsp at night every 3-4 days. Mahavishgarbh+ mahanarayan oil 1: 1 ratio to be heated a bit and massaged at joints etc and keep for two hrs at least or till next morning. Bath with warm water. No curd please. Avoid potato, rice, tomato too. Take light food like lauki, pumpkin etc and moong daal. Report every month for next step.
