I stay at hostel and I am having a problem of Constipation what may be its cause and please tell me its remedies?

Best way to tackle constipation for your age: dos: take green vegetables with less rice/chapati at night, drink not less then 4 lit water a day out of which 1lit wihin 3hour before bed, take a glas of luke warm milk before bed. Take a glassful of cool water at morning just after waking up. Do nots: stop non-veg items/oily food/maida items like noodles/junk foods completly or at least for the period of winter months. If all these things will do your gut will be saved so do your pocket.
