Can I take neurobion forte tab for vitamin b 12 supplements on daily basis? I have knee pain, vertigo, rapid heartbeat and pcod for that I want some supplements. please advice.

If you have vitb12 deficiency, then alone neurobion forte tablet may not help. Also please tell me why do you want to take multivitamins? Don?t take without any issue. Knee pain, vertigo and rapid heart beat are different problems and need to be addressed separate?. Hope your query is solved. You can definitely take neurobion forte as a vitamin b supplement. But if you are specifically suffering from vitamin b12 deficiency I suggest you tab neurobion plus instead and as you said you are suffering from knee pain as well I suggest you to take vitamin d supplements as well..

Yes, you can take neurobion tab. Do some yoga based breathing exercises, that should help you and give a feeling of wellbeing.

In my opinion continuing vit. D and b12 for long is not a good idea. So just take it for few days and consult any nearby doctor if the symptoms persists. Also be in touch with a gynaecologist.

Answer to first question is yes. For second you need to investigate first and then take medicines instead of supplements.
