I think i'm having sinusitis fever along wih headache from last 3 days I took bacterial antibiotics (tox-o) and calpol 650 thrice for a day and a half, the fever seems to slightly increase and my head feels really heavy like brain fog, there are no doctors available in the town for at least next month due to lighten, it would be very helpful if you could prescribe me proper medicine.
