My dad is a polycythemia patient with vsd and hypertension. He also suffers from hypoxia and currently, his oxygen levels are dropping but he seems to be absolutely fine with just mild tiredness and I wanted to know about oxygen therapy for such patients and what is best in case of emergency he is 54 now and his oxygen levels are btw 50-60.

Oxygen levels are too low. It could be an emergency. Pl meet nearby hospital doctors. Till then give him to smell deep a cotton cloth sachet containing bhimseni kapoor, ajwain, guggul, nilgiri oil drops to enhance o2 levels. Give tribhuwan kirti rasa and giloy decoction immediately. 64 prahari peepal + basant malti ras will be helpful. Arjun kwath also required. Pl consult if needed for further guidance.
