Try to control he's blood pressure and diabetes by proper diet, if bp and diabetes uncontrolled then cataract may worsen more. Diet for bp- avoid salt, soya sauce, papad, achar, and eat - garlic, dalchini, turmeric, pomegranate, fruits, whole grains more in diet. For diabetics- do pranayam and kapalbhati, it helpfull in cataract also, eat- cauliflower, cucumber, broccoli, whole grains, lemon water. Untill and after the next visit to doctor.
