Hi, I recently performed full body checkup and surprised to find out vitamin b12 deficiency in my body. I consume all possible food items from which we get vitamin b12 yet still I have super deficiency of vitamin b12. Rest other results were not as shocking as this one. I will attach my test report herewith. I usually consume rantac every other day to avoid heartburn and indigestion. Also, I feel chest pain at times (might be gastric pain). Also have fatty liver and bit overweight due to the fact that I do not walk at all. Being at home under this pandemic, I stopped even that 20-30 min walk that I used to perform while at office. Even a small argument leads to high bp (190-200) and my hands starts shaking that time. The blood test that I performed has not shown any severe issues except the deficiency of vitamins. Please suggest should I still go for any other diagnosis or these problems I am going through can be ignored?
