I have diagnosed with diabetes and my fasting blood sugar is 170 and urine is ++. My age is 35 years. What should I do.

Take small amount of food. Avoid starchy foods. Take plenty vegetables, whole fruits, unrefined foods. Use fenugreek seeds with 1 cup water on an empty stomach in the morning. Use vinegar 1-2 tablespoon before meals can help to slow the post meal sugar level. Avoid underground vegetable, banana, pumpkin. Drink lots of water to be hydrated always and to lowers the calorie intake. Avoid fast foods, junk foods, processed foods. If you are taking medicine then adjust food intake. Do regular exercise to stay healthy and to lower the blood sugar level. Diet and exercise both will help to reduce medicinal dose.
