Please read this & suggest me if this is a mental problem & if I need to go to a psychiatrist. Basically I am very hard working in daily work or physical work. But when I pick a book to study, I become very impatient, I start thinking about result or completing the topic or book fast & then make a plan or time table but I can't concentrate on study for long time. I feel some fear & tickle as -' If I couldn't do so then?' & ultimately I leave the study for many days to hide my face from that fear, tickle & impatience.

Yes and you need psychological evaluation.

This depicts your nature. Although you are hard working but you are not a good finisher as you fumble when the task is about to complete due to anxiety going on in your mind. Actually you have a fluctuating mind and a number of things are going on simultaneously in your mind and this distracts your mind. So it is not a psychiatric problem but your problem is lack of concentration of mind and for that I will recommend you a homoeopathic medicine along with 10 minutes bramari pranayam twice daily so that you can control your mind so that it works in a synchronised way along with your body.
