My teeth became yellow. I had some bad habits past. I quit those habits. But my teeth looking bad. Inside dark colour like srape. Please tell me. Is there any paste or polishing paste to get my teeth whitening. Without any side effects. Please sir answer this.

Cause of discoloration ? smoking, coffee, tea, drugs, aging, staining food (wine, blueberry, etc.) genetics. Advise deep cleaning, polishing, whitening (bleaching) procedures. Apply snowdent paste on the teeth. Wait for 10 to 15 min. Then brush your teeth with the same paste. Applying it overnight for better results. Home bleach for the teeth bake bread until its shell becomes charred. Get a small portion of its charred peel and mix with toothpaste; brush your teeth with this mixture before bedtime. With this mixture you should not use frequently, 2 times /per day. Your teeth will improve significantly. Keep the remaining part in the cool place for the next time. Don?t mix with toothpaste here is home remedy for brighter teeth--- mix several teaspoons of baking soda with enough fresh lemon juice (or water) to make a paste. Wipe your teeth and any extra saliva off of them with a paper towel. Put a good amount of paste onto your toothbrush and apply. Leave the paste on for 1 minute, then rinse, so as to avoid the acid effecting enamel. If you are using just water you can leave it on for up to 3 minutes. For faster result you can go for teeth bleaching from dentist. You only need to use the small amount of baking soda, mix with toothpaste and brush your teeth with this solution at least once a day mix two teaspoons of hydrogen peroxide with three teaspoons of baking soda. Add more mint toothpaste to get cool feeling. Implement this manner thrice per week. Take two teaspoons of each oil: olive oil, sesame oil and coconut oil. Gargle your mouth with this solution for 15-20 minutes and spit out.
