I am 27 years old female who is undergoing infertility treatment. I had letrozole tablet on day 3 to 5 of my cycle. I took hcg injection on day 12 of my cycle. Today is day 29 of my cycle. I still have not got my period. I took home pregnancy test on day 28 of my cycle which turned out to be negative. Am I pregnant? Should not periods come than 14 days post ovulation after taking hcg injection?

Hi, just wait one more day. Do beta hcg blood test to confirm pregnancy. If negative you will get period. If positive, visit your gynec, all the best. Was the ovulation documented in ultrasound on day 14. If not wait. Do beta hcg.
