I landed awkwardly on my ankle at gymnastics and I heard a crack now it is bruised and swollen I can?t put any weight on it. It was also dislocated. I?ve been to the emergency room already and they said I had a trimalleolar fracture and I will need surgery. Do you have any tips on what I should do to enhance my recovery as a gymnast? Thanks
