My brother of 13 yr. He was born in 7th month he used to get seizures since he was small but for 7 years he didn't even get a seizure some weeks before he was sitting and suddenly he wasn't able to swallow anything and had lost coordination of body he was not able to move his hands and leg and also he was deviating his tongue towards the upper left side of his teeth. He had made his jaw towards the left side and was drooling and he closed his left wrist and was having a stutter speech this lasted for 2 3 mins. After that day in the morning as after half hour or one hour he wakes up he makes his jaw towards the left and makes grinding noise of his teeth and also he has stuttering speech in the morning. This happens for 3 4 hrs after waking up then he becomes normal but his jaw slightly remains towards the left side not like morning but yes it goes to the left side slightly and also after that episode he always closes his left hand's wrist in the morning for 3 to 4 hr. Please suggest what to do.
