Hi, I have ocd ,and the ocd I have is always touching hardly the glands and squeeze them in my breast because I afraid and thinking that they are cysts of breast cancer. Can you get a breast cancer by touching hard the breast and feel the glands? Also I will get pain by doing this and make the breast tender by doing this. Please help! so I can rest my mind thank you.
