Hi, you are too young to go on any kind of supplements or powder until absolutely necessary. Its not a long term solution nor healthy. In order to gain some muscles try to change your diet and add some strength training excises. Also get some basic blood tests done like hemoglobin, vit d and b12. Dietary tips that you can include: try to have good quality protein in every meal. Try to increase calories in your main meals to gain weight but don't overeat. Improve the nutritional quality of the meal and not just quantity. Mid meals will help you to cover up with your calories intake. So try to include some snacks in between your meals it could be nuts, fruits smoothie, roasted peanuts etc also focus on adding good quality fats in your diet in form of nuts and seeds, peanut butter etc.
