I am pratima mitra. Age 50. From navi mumbai suffering from b12 deficiency. It?s at very low level at 50. Started taking myco supplements of b12 as shown in picture and also took 8 injections on alternate days of 500 mcg from last 20 days. Kindly advise how many more injections and medications to be taken to get to normal level I am still not having balance while walking. I feel will fall down. I have gastric problems that might be the reason for deficiency I feel also when I take medicine and injections my palpitations increases and I cannot sleep at night kindly advise how should I go about it I have no high bp neither I have blood sugar problem. Iso wanted your advice on this.

Taking injections is just going to profit the doctor and medicine companies... First correct the cause for which the levels went down. If it is actually lacking in supply then all your family members who eats the same food should have the same problems.... Take proper and right treatment.
