Hello doctors, i'm 24 years old male. Height- 5'11" (180 cms) body weight- 77.7 kgs (empty stomach) as per my reference my body weight is absolutely fine according to my height. The main concern is my maximum body weight is associated to my fat weight, I have very very loose muscles, weak bone density, very low energy, low stamina, high fatigue, even when I stand up, I experience blackout in front of my eyes for 2-3 seconds. (in short i'm experiencing "old age" at this early stage of my life & it's the worst experience for anybody) I want to rejuvenate my whole body seriously. Want to loose fat & gain healthy muscles weight & good bone density with a normal posture. Please help me achieve the same with your valuable suggestions. I will be highly obliged.
