My age is 62 yrs. I had high bp eith palpitations and short breaths after which my Dr. suggested concor 5 mg. I have been taking this for past one year, and bp was lowered down. Past mont there was sudden increase in bp 215/99, on consulting dr, telma 40 was suggested along with concor 5. Telma in morning and concor after dinner. Bp still fluctuates ,always high never lowers down yo 130/80. At times pulse also raised. Do I need to see a specialist?

Mam, bp fluctuations are because of faulty diet and lifestyle. Eat timely meals, avoid fasting. Walk 30 minutes daily. Sleep for 7 to 8 hours at night. Use saindhav for cooking.
