I have diabetes I use tablets but still I feel dizziness and sometimes I faint too I use the wash room very often and I get stomach ache at times too would you suggest me what should I change and what diet should I maintain or any physical excersize some thing like that or should I change Iver to insulin injections or something like that please help me very tired of this diabetes would like to hear soon from you people thanks.
