Dr. The patient has taken pills. Due to which she has many side effects. She is not overweight. But she has gained weight gradually after taking medicine. She also has swelling of her legs sometimes She is also concerned about one thing also. Her right breast is just a bit bigger from the other not much. But a bit. Is it also a due to some hormonal imbalance? A lady doctor told her regarding her breast size that it is natural. And not a serious cause of concern.

It is quite common for each breast to be slightly different in size, a condition called asymmetry. Breast asymmetry is defined as a difference of form, position or volume of the breast, and it affects more than half of all women, so you shouldn't feel alone until and unless your feel any abnormality or pain in her breasts. No one really knows what causes breasts to develop differently from one another, but possible contributors include hormonal changes or traumatic injuries.
