Raised amylase lipase indicate towards pancreatitis. Better view can be obtained by an abdominal ct scan. Can you share your abdominal ct scan findings if you have done it? Alcohol is definitely a risk factor for pancreatitis. Depending on ct scan report it can be commented whether stopping alcohol will make you improve or not. As far as smoking is concerned, nicotine patches or chewing gum are available which help in deaddiction .but before that you need to determine that you will quit smoking.

Its acute pancreatitis probably. Need to quit drinking and smoking. Rest remains same.
