Hello, I m 37+, now a days I m suffering from deficiency of iron, vitamin D, calcium. What should I do?

Sources of iron. Jeggery, rice flax, lotus stem, bajara, red meat. Add these food group in your routine diet. Add lemon in your diet. Lemon juice is rich source of vit c which help you to increase absorption of iron. Methi, milk and milk product are very good source of calcium.
