Hi, I am a 13 years old boy I always feel dizzy when I stand up after laying down not after sleeping but only laying down and also I experience sudden shock wave like feeling when I stand up after laying down and it's my hobby to lay down on my stomach and watch tv for long time and after watch the same process happens with me I too play video games for about one and a half hour and my posture is worst I want to sit straight but can not my neck is also fully bended and same with my spine I too drink a little amount of water never more than 3 glass of water but my weight and height is much more than my age 173 cm my height and 57 kg my weight.
