I am having diabeties Since three year first two year I use gliciphse medicine after food at night then my doctor change to glycomet 250 mg at night after food then before 6 month I consult other doctors he told I can control my deabtise by controlling my dite no need for medicine then I stop taking medicine after few two months I again consulted my old doctors he sought me why I left medicine I have to continue and increase the dose to 500 mg at night after food I have one touch at my home and my morning sugar is 130 and after food 160 can you guide me I had done hba1c test on 11/1/2015 and results was 6.5 date 03/07/15 and result was 6.2 today also I done hba1c but reports I have to get.

We need to control sugar levels with medication exercise and following a diabetic diet and if you are strictly following diet and also daily exercise than we can wait and watch for starting the medication or else its ok to start with tablet metformin only if indicated
