I am having diabeties Since three year first two year I use gliciphse medicine after food at night then my doctor change to glycomet 250 mg at night after food then before 6 month I consult other doctors he told I can control my deabtise by controlling my dite no need for medicine then I stop taking medicine after few two months I again consulted my old doctors he sought me why I left medicine I have to continue and increase the dose to 500 mg at night after food I have one touch at my home and my morning sugar is 130 and after food 160 can you guide me I had done hba1c test on 11/1/2015 and results was 6.5 date 03/07/15 and result was 6.2 today also I done hba1c but reports I have to get.
