I have piles problem since last two month. Prior to this never complaint of constipation. In 3 days problem raised. & severe pain in anus area. Also have sugar problem since march, 2020. On doctor advice taking glycomet gp 1 twice a day since april, 2020. Prior to this never complaint of sugar. I had done all home remedies and tried otc products. Viz: milk of lime, in morning, sitz batch twice a day, niranjan fal for 12 days, pilon tablet twice a day for 15 days. Never face problem of bleeding. Only pile is out. please suggest some treatment. I do not want to go for surgery. Thanks sir. My age 62 year.

Hey lybrate-user pain could be due to fissure also as your saying tr is no bleeding you need to take high fiber diet with some laxatives which can reduce pain and smooth dedication you have to find out if it is grade 2/3 piles treatment is very simple.

Dear Mr. lybrate-user, you are doing everything correctly. So please continue with that. I want to add - increase your daily water intake upto 2 litres a day. Also add a stool laxative like softovac or movicol powder or even triphala churna from ayurveda. Keep you stool soft and supple. You should be fine.

Hello Lybrate user, at the age of 62, I wouldn't take a bleeding pile lightly. I would suggest you to go see a general surgeon and first rule out if it is piles which is bleeding or if it is any other mass/growth from the anal region. Since till now you never had constipation, it could also be a fissure bleed at times. Till you see a general surgeon, you can take some laxatives at night, sitz bath with betadine 3 times a day and maintain a high fibre diet.
