I am 47 years old male having hypertension last ten years. Last year 2019 in august my tmt was negative but in echo 2d result mild concentric lvh n mild ph .l am taking metocard xl 12. 5 mg since one year now my diastolic bp 85-94 high n systolic bp normal I am also having shortness of breath. What to do.

Long standing hypertensive changes have resulted in concentric lvh .as you saying you are developing breathlessness these days and your diastolic bp is also elevates. I would advice you to record your bp daily and tell me the recorded bp you definitely need some more or rather other groups of medicine for further worsening of hypertension changes on heart: also you get your renal function test / fbs /ppbsand thyroid function test.
