Hi, most of the back pain in young age is mechanical and can easily treated with physiotherapy so don't worry only you need is good and experienced physiotherapist. I suggest you to consult nearby physical therapy clinic and if you do not have nearby physiotherapist than you can try following 1. 1.do not bend forward. Specially first few hours in the morning. Try to maintain natural low back curve. 2.sit for shortperiodwith good posture. Use lumbar roll for support to decrease load on your back. Specially if work at desk ,going for a long drive or plan a trip. 3.avoid prolong positioning or take a break while sitting like a small walk or slight extension in your back 3 to 4 minutes in standing. 4.avoid setting on ground cross leg and do not sit on a chair or table without back support. 5. Avoid any movement or exercise which increase yourpainspecially radiating to knees or legs. 6. Avoid wearing high heels. They change pelvis position and place load on lumbar spine 7. Most important do mckenzie back extension exercises you can google it for a detail every 2 hourly for a one week. 8.you can also do hot water fomentation for your back and knee. Also applied ointment likevolinifor a painful area. Try this for a one week and if no improvement then you willll have to consult nearby physical therapist. Or you can consult me also online. Hope this will help you. Thanks.

The lower end of the vertebral column is inflamed and that bone is called coccyx bone and the condition is called coccydynia. The conservative management would be to keep ice in that inflamed area during one time in a day and also to sit in a hot water bowl where the penetration of the heat would help to reduce the inflammation. And to reduce the weight falling on the inflammed surface we suggest patients to use air cushion pillow (also called as doughnut pillow) where in the buttock's weight will not fall exactly on the painful tail bone and that would automatically reduce the pain. For this the best treatment would be to undergo ultrasonic therapy in one of the nearby physiotherapy clinics.
