I am 43 years old male. 2 years ago due to high bp I got paralysis in my left side .i can walk but not in proper condition my left hand moves less. I am taking medicines for this since 2 years. Yesterday my blood report got I have high sugar, high uric acid content, thyroid,cholesterol. I can't take medicines for this. So please suggest me some ways to reduce this. Thank you.
