My friend is hiv positive and he is on treatment his viral load is <40 copies/ml and log volume is 1.60. He had sex with his wife and condom has been broken and after 10 days his wife hiv test is hiv non reactive. So his wife should go for any treatment or not to worry. If treatment need then what pills should be taken and chances to get infection of his wife? Again she should go for test or no any further test is required. Pls help.
