I am a 25 year old female. There is no history of any accident. I just started walking at my home 10 days back. I have severe pain in the dorsal part of my right foot since the past 10 days. It pains when I walk and even sometimes when I just stand. The pain is on the centre, dorsal part of the foot and the pain is radiating to the toes. When I make backward and forward movements with my toes, the pain is more evident. Upon placing the finger on the foot area where I can feel the pain originating from, I can sense the stretching from inside. Even my mother observed the same when she placed a finger on my foot. I am using volini spray and taking aceclofenac and paracetamol combination painkiller whenever the pain is too much. Please suggest me what this could be, and if I need to make any x ray done.
