Hello. It's my 1st trimester of pregnancy. My tsh hormone level is 4.65.test was done at 8 am in the morning and after 10 hours of fasting. My doctor prescribed me a thyroid control pill. Pls enlighten me, what should I do. I am also having mild pain in my lower abdomen. Feels like period pain. For that doctor prescribed me folic acid and dydrogesterone 10 mg.

Hi your s. Tsh level is 4.65 in preg we keep at 2-3 so you start taking tab thyronorm 25 one daily in morning on empty stomach you can take folic acid tab and didrogesteron tab 10 twice a day for one month tab pacimol twice aday for 3 days for pain take some rest ok.
