I have high bp 150/90 and I was advised to take the telma h40 mg at 8 am and cilacar 10 mg at 8 pm. When I am taking these medicines I am feeling like pains in legs and hands and feeling feverish in body but temperature is showing 98. 7f and not feeling appetite and dryness in throat. Is these symptoms is common for these medicines? Which medicine is causing this symptoms and how to control these symptoms.
