Your a young male with hypertension. Only blood tests will not be enough to see what the high bp has had only your body so far. Check your eyesight and do a retinoscopy, get an ecg done, do a renal artery doppler. Once completely evaluated, do dome lifestyle modifications. Low salt n low fat diet, 30 mins of daily exercise, 30 mins of meditation daily. Avoid smoking, get 8 hours of sleep at night. With such modifications your bp should respond. If not, after 2 weeks get your bp checked again. If high, get a 24 hours ambulatory bp check up, it'll help rule out white coat hypertension (high bp due to stress when a doctor checks it). If these methods don't help you and your bp is still high, then you'll probably need to continue regular medical treatment.
