Continue same drug according to ada guidelines fasting -80-130 mg/dl ppbs-<180 mg/dl hba1c goal-<7.5% is normal and when you take blood from capillary (finger) than kindly decrease 10% value you got from glucometer that means your fasting 135 is also normal.

your Hba1c level is normal. Your fasting sugar is slightly elevated, but you need no other medication for that. Major target in diabetes is to keep Hba1c below 7. All your medications are fine. Dont worry.

Hi, your sugar values are good with mild fasting hyperglycaemia plan would be to keep a track on your sugars as well as hba1c, if both increase them will think of adding small dose of metformin at night. Now at this point no need for any extra add on drug repeat a fasting and pp sugar after 2 weeks and respond back.
