Whether you can delay depends on well being of both you and your baby. If there are features of infection (abnormal smelling discharge, fever, rapid pulse rate, pain in tummy), baby not moving well, abnormal blood reports (high wbc count or crp), baby's report not ok (usg showed less amount of fluid, heart beat abnormal) or you have bleeding, you need urgent delivery, preferably at nicu set up. Otherwise, you can wait. But you need close observation for both mother and baby.
