Dear lybrate-user, you can attend to your office work by taking precautions for heat exhaustion. Be hydrated by taking water at regular intervals. Though it is not safe going out without a mask these days you can attend to your work with a mask and clean your hand with sanitiser regularly. Take a shower after you come home.
