Hi. I am a 35-year-old woman. From iran. I weigh 81 kilos.in the last three years, I have had regular kidney checks. The last one was six months ago. My creatinine number is always 0. 76 or 0.78.my laboratory range is 0.7 1.4.my urea number has always been 17 to 19. My normal laboratory range is 17 to 43. But my new test is my creatinine number 0. 88 and urea are 16. I have less than the normal amount in the laboratory. My creatinine is higher than usual. Has my kidneys lost function and been damaged? I have been taking alprazolam for six years. Has the medicine damaged my kidneys? Six months ago, I received six doses of one gram of ceftriaxone intravenously. Due to ocular sinusitis. Did the ceftriaxone damage my kidneys? What should I do ?my question to you, dear doctor, is: will my kidney function gradually decrease until it reaches chronic failure? I'm very worried about what to do. My creatinine protein ratio in random urine is: 0.029 my urine random is normal.

Your serum creatinine 0.88 and urea 16 is absolutely normal. You need not be worried at this moment. You can get your blood glucose levels tested too just to rule out if you are diabetic. I do not find anything alarming in the reports that you shared here.
