4 days ago at 11: 30 am, suddenly I felt very dizziness and sometimes later I got vomiting and then I felt so weak. At evening I checked my blood pressure for first time and my blood pressure is 140/95 and that is so high. But I don't know before that I have high blood pressure. I am 20 years old. After 2 days I felt normal but I don't get fit till now. I have high blood pressure that I didn't know before. But I am feeling light dizziness after this incident at times. That is so bad feeling. Please help me.
