Hello, thanks for the query. I have seen the details mentioned. From that I learn that you have hypothyroidism and taking 100 mcg levothyroxine a day. However there is no information on current or very recent tsh, t4 levels. Without knowing those details it is difficult to comment. Because if hypothyroidism is not well controlled then there can be multiple symptoms. As regards cold & cough, these can occur due to either viral or bacterial infections of the upper respiratory tract. Need to be properly treated. Gastritis and/or acidity can be controlled by appropriate drugs and correcting the food habits and regular exercise.
