I'm suffering from acne and body heat since 1 year. Things i'm doing since 4 months to better my situation. 1) avoiding heat inducing foods like chicken, eggs, milk and it's products which also cause acne. 2) not sleeping on a bed or a pillow. 3) washing my face two times a day. 4) applying clindamycin every night. 5) avoiding junk foods. In spite of all the things i'm ensuring i'm still not getting any positive results. I've also followed up with a dermatologist and have been using her suggestions and face wash too. I'm an electrical engineer in an epc company. I fear my depression of my problem will affect my job. Please I beg anyone out there to help me. I'm even getting suicidal urges, someday I might not be able to control them. In all the seriousness, I beg you people, please provide help. Thank you.
