I am 27 years old and having bp 150/100 (hypertension) I have done all the test suggested by the cardiologist the test which I had undergone is Tmt, Echo, Doppler, Ecg, Chest x-ray, sugar test and cholesterol test and all the reports seems to be normal and my bp was came to notice at early age when I was 16 years old when I had general check up. I even also consume low sodium and do physical activities like walking, cycling, and ridding bicycle but doing all these activities also it does not came under control lastly he suggested me to take medicine so that it can be kept under control and doctor has changed lot many medicine's to control over it but it doesn't work the medicine so far which I had consumed till now are calchek 5 mg, Telma 80 mg, telmisartan 40 and 80 mg, Metzok 25, 50 and 100 mg and cardapin retard 10 mg but of no use. The minimum bp is 150/100 and maximum is 190/110. I am very depressed by this and I am also falling under depression. I erge who ever handles my case provide me with a suitable advice and please suggest me if the is any medicine's to get rid from depression? If yes please advice me which are they. I will be waiting for your reply.
